1) Purpose
Mikuron Precision Pte Ltd is committed to responsible sourcing of minerals used in our manufacturing processes. We support global efforts to prevent the use of minerals that directly or indirectly finance conflict, human rights abuses, or unethical practices.
This policy aligns with international frameworks including:

- Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) standards
- Applicable regulatory requirements such as EU Conflict Minerals Regulation
2. Scope
This policy applies to:
- All products manufactured by Mikuron Precision Pte Ltd
- All suppliers providing raw materials, components, or services
- All employees involved in procurement, operations, and compliance
Relevant materials include, but are not limited to:
- Stainless Steel (SUS)
- Aluminium
- Titanium
- All metals containing or associated with 3TG (Tin, Tantalum, Tungsten, Gold) and extended minerals (e.g., Cobalt, Nickel)

4. Supplier Requirements
We require our suppliers to:
- Source minerals from responsible and verified smelters/refiners (e.g., RMI-conformant)
- Provide accurate and complete declarations (e.g., CMRT / EMRT)
- Maintain policies consistent with responsible mineral sourcing principles
- Support traceability of materials upon request
5. Due Diligence Process
Mikuron implements a risk-based due diligence approach, including:
- Annual supplier assessments and declarations
- Collection and review of EMRT / CMRT data
- Evaluation against RMI and OECD frameworks
- Identification and mitigation of supply chain risks
6. Risk Management
Where risks are identified:
- Suppliers will be required to implement corrective actions
- Continuous monitoring and follow-up will be conducted
- Non-compliant suppliers may be subject to review or disengagement
